Our Fixed Asset Appraisal services include valuations of furnishings, machinery and equipment for all types of healthcare facilities.

As part of our expansion in valuation services, we are pleased to announce that Barry Glachman has joined HealthCare Appraisers as Director of Fixed Asset Appraisal Services. Mr. Glachman is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the discipline of machinery and technical specialties by the American Society of Appraisers and brings more than 30 years of experience in machinery and equipment appraisals in the healthcare industry. He has significant valuation experience, including many hundreds of single and multi-specialty medical practices; diagnostic and therapeutic facilities; and hospitals, ranging from 40-bed rural facilities to major urban teaching centers.
