Mr. Walline is Senior Associate in the Firm’s Colorado office. He has significant financial advisory experience working with large private, publicly traded, international and domestic entities. Mr. Walline’s practice at HealthCare Appraisers focuses on business valuation and the analysis of healthcare provider compensation relationships for ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, physician practices, hospital systems, patent holding companies, and other healthcare entities.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Walline was a senior analyst with Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ENER), a publicly traded, alternative energy company located in Rochester Hills, Michigan. At ENER, Mr. Walline focused on determining the financial viability of future business plans, investigating restructuring opportunities, and interacting with investors and equity analysts. Mr. Walline also worked with Stout Risius Ross, Inc., a business valuation and litigation support firm located in Southfield, Michigan.
Mr. Walline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, majoring in Finance. At Michigan State University, Mr. Walline was a scholar in the Financial Markets Institute (FMI) where he gained additional experience in corporate and capital finance matters.
