Mr. Egan is a Senior Associate with HealthCare Appraisers and has several years of experience in business valuation and finance. He is currently working on compensation arrangements which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications and on business valuation engagements.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Egan served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Financial Research Associates, a business valuation firm located outside of Philadelphia. Previously, Mr. Egan worked as a Transaction Analyst for Radian Guaranty and as a Mutual Fund Accountant at SEI Investments.
Mr. Egan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is currently working towards completion of the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers and has completed three out of the four required courses.
