Mr. Tormoehlen has a background in financial analysis relating to the development and syndication of outpatient surgical facilities. He has experience working with ambulatory surgery centers, hospital systems, diagnostic imaging centers, cath labs, physician practices, and other healthcare entities. At HealthCare Appraisers Mr. Tormoehlen specializes in business valuation, and has provided his professional services for the purpose of merger, acquisition, private placement, syndication, and divestiture.
Mr. Tormoehlen received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University. He is an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is currently pursuing the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation.
