Mr. Armstrong specializes in business valuation and the analysis of healthcare provider compensation relationships.  His industry experience includes ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, hospitals, outpatient clinics/procedure areas, under arrangements, physician contracting, and other diagnostic and treatment facilities.

Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Armstrong was an analyst with Karsh Consulting, P.C., a CPA firm that provided business valuation and litigation consulting services located in Denver, CO.  During this time, Mr. Armstrong prepared business valuations for marital dissolution, acquisitions and tax purposes, as well as provided consulting services for both marital dissolution and civil litigation.

Mr. Armstrong earned a Masters of Science in Finance degree from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in accounting from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
