Mr. Muller is an analyst in the Firm’s Colorado office. Mr. Muller’s practice at HealthCare Appraisers focuses on business valuation and the analysis of healthcare provider compensation relationships. He has significant financial transaction experience through the structuring, underwriting, and management of senior debt transactions across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Muller was a Senior Analyst within PNC’s Equity Sponsor Group, which provided senior debt facilities to middle market private equity firms.
Mr. Muller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University, majoring in Finance. He is currently pursuing the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
