Mr. Janiga has significant financial advisory experience in business valuation, litigation support, financial analysis, operational analysis and the analysis of compensation arrangements. This experience includes working with ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, physician practices, hospital systems, hospital departments, patent holding companies and other healthcare entities.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Janiga was with Adamy Valuation Advisors, a boutique business valuation and litigation support firm located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mr. Janiga also worked with Stout Risius Ross’ Valuation and Financial Opinions practice where he focused on valuation engagements for large private and publicly traded entities.
Mr. Janiga earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University, dual majoring in finance and economics, with a minor in accounting. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, as well as pursuing the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers.
