Mr. Chasinoff is a Senior Director with HealthCare Appraisers with more than 15 years of experience building business relationships between hospitals and physicians. During his four years at HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Chasinoff has leveraged his experience in the valuation of unique lease arrangements and other arrangements which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Chasinoff served in various roles in acute care hospitals. Serving as administrative director for the Department of Medicine at a 434-bed acute care hospital, had operational responsibility for the hospitalist and intensivist programs and developed the hospital’s protocol for stroke response. He held operational responsibility for numerous ambulatory departments including imaging and cardiology while serving as Vice President for Clinical and Diagnostic Services at a 302-bed, acute care hospital. Mr. Chasinoff developed and implemented various programs as Vice President for Planning at a 233-bed, acute care hospital, where he was also responsible for the oncology service line.
Mr. Chasinoff holds Master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration.
