At HealthCare Appraisers, Ms. Small focuses on fair market value analysis of hospital arrangements with physicians for clients nationwide, including co-management and physician management arrangements, on-call arrangements and medical directorships.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Ms. Small served as in-house counsel for a large public health system. In such capacity, she drafted, reviewed, and negotiated hospital contracts and handled certain hospital transactional matters.
Ms. Small holds a Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University.
