Mr. Matuga is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Colorado office. Mr. Matuga’s practice focuses on business valuation and the analysis of compensation relationships. He has extensive experience in the valuation of privately held companies and intangible assets for purchase price allocations (ASC 805, formerly known as SFAS 141R), estate planning, and marital dissolutions. He also has significant experience assisting with the sale or acquisition of privately held companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Matuga was a consultant with a regional accounting firm, Plante & Moran.
Mr. Matuga earned a Master of Accounting from the Haworth School of Business at Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, majoring in Finance. Mr. Matuga is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Michigan and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
