A Senior Associate at Healthcare Appraisers, Ms. Lutz has more than ten years experience in the healthcare finance and law industries. At Healthcare Appraisers, Ms. Lutz focuses on fair market value analysis of hospital arrangements with physicians for clients nationwide, including on-call arrangements, medical directorships, co-management and physician management arrangements.
Prior to joining Healthcare Appraisers, Ms. Lutz served as Operations Counsel for a sizeable not-for-profit hospital. In such capacity, she drafted, reviewed, and negotiated hospital contracts and handled certain hospital transactional matters. Prior to that, Ms. Lutz worked for a national healthcare receivables management company where she performed on-site assessments of hospital business operations, audited hospital receivables, and evaluated payer contracts. Ms. Lutz has worked with some of the largest for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems in the country.
Ms. Lutz holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
